Gant Chart

After we were able to establish our roles for the FMP, we had to plan our time for the project. We managed to download a gant chart program which we created this chart on. The chart is split up into my roles in blue and Ken's in red. The combined tasks are colour coded as purple. We decided which tasks should be tackled at the initial stage of the project starting with research, the including all of the processes that we felt were needed to complete the project.

As some aspects of the project would need more time allocated to them we were able to plan the time to fit our workflows to have the most efficient plan.

Throughout the project we will be refereeing to this chart as a reference of where we should be if we fll behind the chart we will have to ether re-plan it or take note of where we should be and plan accordingly.
