Here is my second test of the Orb. I wanted to test masking the orb out when it flies around the corner. Alpha mat inverted mode for the track-mat of the orb as well as the ground glow. Camera wiggle applied just to enhance the still image.
The orb was created by using a number of circular masks on top of each other and feathering off the glow as well as using the 'add' mode to add a specular highlight to give the orb more detail. I will be refining my orb through the weeks.
After having done a few tests with the Orb I found that it was suitable for my music video. I had to get to grips with creating the floor glow as well as making the orb look and flow smoothly.
